In order to ensure peak performance, Athletes rely on a daily routine planned well in advance. Nothing is left to chance.

What can you learn from this?

Everyone peaks differently during the day. Some people are morning people and others prefer to wake up later as their energy peaks in the afternoon or evening. The world is also moving at a rapid pace. Technology is being developed daily to make everything move faster and more efficient. Jobs of the future haven’t even been thought of yet. 

However, there is some good news. Humans have a way of adapting. You will need to be able to adapt to the every-changing environment that you exist in. Athletes demonstrate this all the time, otherwise they wouldn’t be able to attend tournaments in varying playing conditions and in different time zones.

Awareness of how you or your team work best and planning in advance will enable you to adapt to changing situations.
